On the morning of April 22, a delegation led by Yin Weiping, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Nuclear Engineering & Construction Corporation ("CNEC"), and Wang Shouhe, Deputy General Manager of CNEC, visited China Haisum. Zhao Guo'ang, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Poly Sinolight and Chairman of China Haisum, along with Li Shijun, Party Secretary and President of China Haisum, and other members of the Company's leadership team, warmly welcomed the delegation.
During the meeting, CNEC provided an overview of the company, highlighting its strong capabilities, industrial footprint, and strategic vision as a leading enterprise in China's nuclear power engineering and construction sector. The two sides held in-depth discussions on potential cooperation areas, including engineering construction, digital transformation, green and low-carbon technology application, and coordinated expansion in overseas markets.
Yin Weiping expressed his appreciation for China Haisum's warm reception and spoke highly of the Company's technological expertise and achievements in digital transformation. He noted that CNEC's strengths in large-scale infrastructure construction and nuclear power project management are highly complementary to China Haisum's expertise in engineering services for the light industry, intelligent manufacturing, and green environmental technologies. With broad prospects for cooperation, the two sides look forward to establishing a regular communication mechanism and advancing the implementation of concrete collaborative projects.
Zhao Guo'ang stated that CNEC is a national leader and key force in nuclear power construction, with extensive management expertise and strong technological capabilities. China Haisum, meanwhile, has outstanding full-chain capabilities covering engineering design, consulting, and EPC services. In recent years, the Company has continued to strengthen its digital transformation initiatives and expand its green and low-carbon business portfolio, driving industrial upgrading through innovation. He expressed the hope that both sides will leverage their respective strengths to deepen cooperation in areas such as new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, as well as overseas market expansion, thereby creating a new chapter of high-quality development.
Prior to the meeting, Yin Weiping and his delegation visited China Haisum's Brand Exhibition Hall and Cclaw Workshop. Participants included Wu Di, Deputy Chief Engineer of CNEC and General Manager of Nuclear Construction Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., along with relevant representatives; and Zhang Zhi, Executive Vice President of China Haisum, Liu Wei, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, and heads of relevant departments.
